Here are some fun facts about chocolates. I forgot what the link was...but just read it as it is k. The #1 food craved by women across North America. And it’s second only to pizza among men.
Pairing wine with chocolate: Pair lighter chocolates with lighter wines; darker chocolates with full-bodied wines. Go from light to dark in your tasting session, starting with milk or lower percentage cacao chocolates and their corresponding wines.
